2. Scope of Services

Trash Taxi provides junk hauling services to both residential and commercial customers. The scope of work and fees will be agreed upon at the time of service booking.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion.

  • Services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Customers can schedule services through our website, by phone, or email.

  • Payment: All services must be paid for upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

  • Quotes: Any price estimates provided are subject to change based on the actual scope of the work at the time of service.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As the customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the items to be removed.

  • Ensuring that our team has clear access to the property and the items to be removed.

  • Securing or removing any hazardous materials that may pose a risk to our team.

  • Obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for the removal of items from a property.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not handle or remove the following items:

  • Hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, etc.)

  • Biohazardous materials (e.g., medical waste)

  • Explosives or firearms

  • Any other items prohibited by local or federal laws

6. Liability Disclaimer

While Trash Taxi aims to provide careful and professional services, the company is not liable for:

  • Property Damage: Trash Taxi is not responsible for any damages that occur to the customer’s property unless it can be demonstrated that such damage was caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by our team.

  • Injury: We are not responsible for any injuries sustained by customers or third parties during the provision of our services.

  • Loss of Items: Trash Taxi is not liable for the removal of any items that were not clearly designated for removal.

  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services connected to or referenced by Trash Taxi.

7. Termination of Service

Trash Taxi reserves the right to terminate service if:

  • The customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • The customer engages in abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.

  • The job exceeds what was agreed upon without prior notification or revision of the service agreement.

8. Warranties and Representations

Trash Taxi provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not make any guarantees regarding:

  • Timeliness: While we strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Fit for Purpose: We do not guarantee that our services will meet the customer’s specific requirements.

  • Accuracy of Information: We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in information provided by third parties.

9. Indemnification

By using Trash Taxi’s services, you agree to indemnify and hold Trash Taxi, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of our services.

  • Any violation of these Terms and Conditions by you.

  • Any damages or injury caused by items removed from your property.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Trash Taxi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
